How Does Rapid Response Work?

You call 615-329-9988 ext 9 and let the Tandem team member know you have an urgent situation and need Rapid Response.

A Tandem team member who is CAPS certified will visit your home within 48 hours to determine the fastest modifications, temporary or permanent, to create a safe environment.*

A list of recommendations along with pricing is provided.

Modifications are completed in less than 96 hours.*
The goal of the rapid response is to meet the most basic level of safety and access needs for today.
