Who are we?

It's a long and boring story so we'll cut to the chase.

• Our original sister company, Tandem Realty, was founded in 2009 by Mark Hill and focused on property management for hundreds of residential rentals for all income levels.

• Mark on his own has 30+ years hands on experience in maintenance and renovation of properties.

• Knowing Mark and the team had seen just about everything with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc; friends and family kept asking for help with maintenance and advice on their personal homes.

• Seeing the desperate need for handyman, tradesmen, and guidance for homeowners, in April of 2024 Tandem Handyman was started to help the Nashville area.

• Tandem Realty uses these same service providers on all income level properties. If they don't do a good job, they risk losing other work they get on a regular basis.
