Born from Tandem Realty LLC (originally James Talley & Associates, est. 1988), Tandem Handyman Services was built on decades of trusted property care. Over the years, our team has managed the ongoing maintenance needs of thousands of homes across Middle Tennessee, overseeing more than 60,000 service requests totaling over $150M. From simple door hinges to full disaster restoration, we’ve handled it all—roofs, HVAC, plumbing, and everything in between.
When friends, family, and clients continually reached out to us for honest, dependable advice, we saw a clear need for something different.
